Business Support Officer - Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (12 weeks)

- Hourly rate £11.44 per hour plus holiday pay and benefits.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Business Support Officer to join our team for a 12-week period. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting a team, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative operations.
Day-to-day of the role: - Arranging and coordinating meetings.
- Providing supervision and administrative support to the team.
- Typing letters and formatting reports with attention to detail.
- Taking minutes during meetings and ensuring accurate records.
- Balancing working from home and in-office tasks effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience in an administrative or support role.
- Excellent typing and document formatting skills.
- Experience in minuting meetings and providing comprehensive support.
- Proficient in using standard office software and communication tools.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
