Location:
Missoula, MT (In person position)
Wage:
$19 per hour
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
40 hours a week
Job Duties:
Maintain office forms and procedures, and assist with administrative tasks
Answer the central telephone system and direct calls accordingly
Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval before entry
Operate photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines
Communicates between corporate and branch accounts payable departments
AP invoice entry
Credit card entry
Assembles and processes overnight shipments to branches
Assists in monthly closings
Assists with front desk tasks when required
Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and 10 Key entries
Experience using office equipment such as phones, photocopiers, and fax machines
Proficient in communication and time management
Lift up to 20 pounds
Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
