Mosaic is looking for an Administrative Technician to join our team!

In this role, you will provide administrative assistance to the leadership team by scheduling meetings, monitoring office needs, answering phones and customer questions.

What you'll do:

  • Secure receipts related to accounts payable and client finances according to Mosaic policies and procedures

  • Prepare agency deposits according to Mosaic policies and procedures

  • Input accounting data, including but not limited to, accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • File all documents related to position

  • Print and distribute reports related to position

  • Order office supplies and perform other general office functions

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9a-5p

High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one year office experience.
