Reed Recruitment are looking for a Reward and Recognition Administrator on behalf of their reputable client in Dundee. Reporting to the Head of Reward and Recognition, this role supports the delivery of the annual reward cycle and other core activities within the team. The successful candidate will assist with the administration of annual reward and recognition events and processes, and support staff working overseas.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Assist with the administration of annual reward and recognition events and processes.
  • Support the Academic & Research Staff Promotion, Academic Staff Probation, and Merit Awards.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure accurate data management and reporting.
  • Prepare and issue communications and documentation for reward and recognition processes.
  • Update and maintain records on the HRP system and ensure data accuracy.
  • Attend and record meetings related to global mobility and manage related correspondence.
  • Support the HERA job evaluation process and maintain the Reward & Recognition annual calendar.
  • Assist with the preparations for annual recognition events and maintain webpages and SharePoint information.
  • Handle sensitive data relating to staff, finances, and equality information with discretion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role supporting service delivery.
  • Experience in a higher education environment is advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in data entry and IT systems, including Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and produce accurate work.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive information and a commitment to continuous personal and role development.
