Temporary Client Support Executive

Full time - Office based

Derby - DE24

£11.44 Per hour

We are seeking individuals to support our client during peak periods within a temporary client support executive role, it will offer a great opportunity to gain experience in various areas.

Duties Include:

- Handling inbound calls directly to clients

- Asses the clients needs on each phone call

- Handing the client over to the right department/team member ensuring retention

- Identify client trends and identify areas of improvement

- Covering for our FOH team as required

- Taking ownership of department and personal KPIs
