Position: Senior Contracts Administrator

Location: Mytchett, Camberley

Duration: Permanent

Salary: £27,500 - £32,000 subject to experienceplus 25 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday, Pension, Laptops, and phones provided, Internal progression and team

We are looking for a Senior Administrator to join an established company in the fire and security sector based in the Camberley area.

This person will be supporting the management of client portfolios in relation to planned and reactive maintenance.

This position will involve on site client meetings, maintaining client relationships, arranging work for engineers, quoting jobs to clients, contract updates as well as dealing directly with engineers.

The company is growing at a rapid pace, so this position will have the potential to move into a Contract Manager position for the right person.

Please note that this is not a remote or hybrid position. This person will be expected to be in the office when they are not out at meetings.

The right person for this position will already have contract administration experience. It would be a major advantage if this person came from an engineering, fire and security or facilities maintenance background.

They need to have excellent IT skills and be able to communicate at all levels.

We do need this person to hold a full UK driving licence.

Requirements

  • Experience as a contract administrator or supervisor.
  • Coordinatingengineersexperience is preferred but not essential.
  • Based in a commutable distance to Mytchett, Surrey
  • Able to produce accurate quotations if required.
  • Experience within engineering or fire and security would be a major advantage.
  • Must be willing to work in the office as there is no remote working.
  • A passion to grow with a company.
  • Team player
  • Full UK Driving licence
  • Excellent IT and communication skills

Package

  • Basic salary subject to experience level
